Ukrzaliznytsia launches a "special" train on a popular route: how much do tickets cost

Ukrzaliznytsia has launched a new train from Lviv to Odesa. However, it will be temporary - the flight is scheduled for June 30 only.

This was reported by the company itself. They noted that the train

• will be a daytime train;
• received the number 168/167.

How much do tickets cost?

Tickets for the flight from Lviv to Odesa are sold in 1st class seats. They cost 932.71 UAH.

Same-day tickets for the Odesa to Lviv train are sold in 1st class seating cars. The price is the same UAH 932.71.

Train schedule from Lviv to Odesa

The train will depart from Lviv at 07:23. Arrival in Odesa is at 18:19.

The train will depart from Odesa on the same date at 08:03. Arrival in Lviv is at 18.40.

New train from Lviv to Rakhiv

In addition,Ukrzaliznytsia has appointed a new train #816/815 Lviv - Rakhiv. It will:

• depart from Lviv on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays at 15:22;
• arrive in Rakhiv at 21:19.

The train will depart from Rakhiv on Saturdays and Sundays at 3:48 on June 22. It will arrive in Lviv at 10:07.

"Train No. 816/815 will run in both directions through the stations of Yasinya, Lazeshchyna, Vorokhta, Tatariv-Bukovel, Yaremche, Nadvirna, Ivano-Frankivsk and other tourist cities," Ukrzaliznytsia said.

As reported by OBOZ.UA, a number of trains heading to the Polish city of Chełm will temporarily go only to Dorohusk. The reason is repairs on the Polish railroad, which are scheduled for the period from June 23 to August 30.
