Juicy chicken cutlets: we tell you what you need to add to the minced meat
To make the chicken cutlets juicy and tasty, chefs recommend adding grated zucchini and hard cheese to the minced meat. Add spices, herbs, and garlic to spice things up.
The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious, juicy minced chicken cutlets with breadcrumbs and tomato sauce.
Ingredients:
- Minced chicken - 700 g
- Egg - 1 pc.
- Breadcrumbs - 3 tbsp.
- Salt, pepper
- Dried garlic - 1-2 tsp.
- Paprika - 1 tsp.
- Mozzarella cheese - 150 g (or mini mozzarella)
Sauce:
- Onion -1 pc.
- Flour - 1 tbsp.
- Tomato puree - 400 ml
- Water - 350 ml
- Fresh basil
- Salt, pepper, sugar
- Dried parsley
Method of preparation:
1. Add the egg, breadcrumbs, and spices to the minced meat. Knead the minced meat and let stand for 20 minutes.
2. Form the patties and put the cheese inside.
3. Fry the cutlets in a preheated frying pan on both sides.
4. For the tomato sauce: fry the diced onion for 5 minutes, add the flour and fry for another 1 minute. Then pour in the water and tomato puree, add dried parsley, fresh basil, and spices, bring to taste, and pour over the cutlets.
Cover and cook over low heat for 15 minutes!
