What tasty salad to make with ramson: the easiest recipe
Ramson is a very useful and versatile spring green. It is used for making soups, pie fillings, adding it to sauces for meat or fish, dough, as well as salads. The latter reveal the ramson in a special way: it has a characteristic garlic flavor and rich aroma.
Food blogger Oksana Dorosh(oksana_dorosh_rezeptu) on her Instagram page shared a recipe for a delicious salad of ramson, sardine and eggs with mayonnaise.
A recipe for a salad of ramson, sardines and eggs

Ingredients:
- mayonnaise - 3 tbsp (can be replaced with sour cream)
- sardines in oil - 240 g
- lemon juice - 1 tsp.
- salt, ground black pepper
- ramson - 1 bunch
- eggs - 3 pcs.
Method of cooking:
1. Boil, peel and dice the eggs.

2. Drain the liquid from the sardines, mash with a fork and add to the eggs.
3. Wash and chop the young ramson well. Add to the eggs.

4. Add the spices and lemon juice to the ingredients. Season with mayonnaise and stir to combine.
