Prigozhin admits Russia's loss in the war, but promises to gather new forces for a "fair fight"

The owner of the Russian private military company Wagner, Yevgeny Prigozhin, has admitted that the Ukrainian Armed Forces can defeat Russia on the battlefield, but will not enter Russian territory. He is considering the option that the Ukrainian army will launch a counter-offensive and in some places will be able to break through the occupiers' defences.

In this case, Putin's "cook" said, the "second army of the world" may begin to feel decadent. "Then the situation will degrade, as it already did after the defeatist wars of the early twentieth century - the Finnish and Japanese wars - and the tragic events of 1917," he added.

According to Prigozhin, this could lead to global changes in Russian society, including a search for "guilty" people for Russia's loss.

"At the same time, the supreme power of Russia is not in danger, as it is a symbol of national unity and resistance to the West, and this is the basis of today's existence and the main explanation for any problems for patriotic forces inside Russia," the PMC owner believes.

After that, he believes, Russia will be able to "push off the bottom and float": it will get rid of bureaucracy, make all processes transparent, and revitalise its military industry.

If a liberalised society is formed in Russia under the influence of the United States, Prigozhin believes it will be able to accept Russia's loss and even force the authorities to make concessions and return Ukraine its territories. This, he believes, will be a "deal" that is unacceptable for the aggressor country.

According to him, it is necessary to accept a fair fight, and if Russia loses or suffers greatly, "there is nothing wrong with that". "Either the Ukrainian Armed Forces will be defeated in a fair fight, or Russia will lick its wounds, build up its muscles and tear its opponents apart again in a fair fight. That is why I believe that the option of a deal is impossible for the future of Russia," Prigozhin said.

He also named the best option for the Russian authorities and society - to announce the end of the "special operation" and tell the whole world that Russia has allegedly achieved the results it had planned in this war.

Earlier, Prigozhin said that all residents of the aggressor country, Russia, should mobilise. This is about the entire Russian society, as, according to Putin's "cook," the war for Russia's existence is now underway.
