The mayor of Kyiv published his congratulations on his Facebook page.
"Today is the birthday of a person who embodies the spirit and dignity of the Ukrainian people - Lina Kostenko. Lina Vasylivna's creativity inspires Ukrainians to fight for their freedom and win, not to betray the ideals and be proud of their country," the mayor of the capital emphasized. "Thank you for your talent, unbreakable principles, your strength and nobility! I am happy to know you personally. Many years of live, Lina Vasylivna! Glory to Ukraine!" wrote Vitalii Klitschko.
