Culinarian Elena shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious pilaf with meat and vegetables, with spices, which will be crumbly and fragrant.
Ingredients:
- rice - 1 cup
- pork loin - 600 g
- sweet pepper - 1 pc
- onion - 1 pc
- carrots - 1 pc.
- garlic - 1 pc.
- Svan salt - 1 tsp.
- pilaf seasoning - 1 tsp.
- black pepper - 1 tsp.
- water - 2 cups
Cooking method:
1. Cut the vegetables into sticks.
2. Dice the meat and fry with the vegetables.
3. Then add the rice, pour in the water, cover and cook until tender.
