Elementary mini-pizza with potatoes: no need to roll the dough

Potatoes are not just a side dish for meat or fish, but also the base for a pizza. You don't even have to peel the vegetable. Just crush the potato with a glass and put your favorite toppings on top.
The idea for the potato mini pizza is posted on food blogger Miroslava Pekariuk's(myroslava_pekariuk) Instagram page. The dish takes 7-10 minutes to bake.
Ingredients:
- potatoes
- bacon
- ketchup
- mozzarella cheese
- potato seasoning
- smoked paprika
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the potatoes in their mounds, cool them down.
2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper, lay out the potatoes (cut in half) and crush them with a glass through the parchment.
3. Pour the potatoes with vegetable oil, sprinkle with seasoning and send to the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
4. Take the potatoes out of the oven, add the ketchup, bacon, paprika, cheese and put them back in the oven for 7-10 minutes.
5. Serve with any sauce.
