Without eggs and baking: how to make tiramisu in 20 minutes
Tiramisu is a delicious and popular dessert that can be prepared in a slightly different way. The base is Savoyardi cookies and light mascarpone cream. In this case, the dessert does not need to be baked, and the absence of eggs makes it even less caloric.
One of the culinary blogs (food_1333) published a recipe for Savoyardi cookie tiramisu on Instagram, which can be easily prepared without raw eggs and baking.
Ingredients:
- Savoyardi biscuits – 24 pcs.
- coffee – 3 tsp + water – 200 ml
- cream 33% – 500 g
- mascarpone – 500 g
- sweetener
- lemon juice (optional)
- cocoa
Method of preparation:
1. Whip the cold cream until slightly thickened, then add the mascarpone, sweetener, and lemon juice. Stir well.
2. Dilute or brew coffee.
3. Grease the bottom of the mold with cream. Put the first layer of Savoyardi biscuits, coated in coffee.
4. Put another 1\2 part of the cream, cookies, and the rest of the cream. Put the tiramisu in the refrigerator overnight.
5. Sprinkle with cocoa before serving.
