Lasagna is a very simple casserole made from ready-made sheets that can be purchased at any store. You just need to make a delicious filling for them. And it doesn't have to be meat.

The idea of cooking lasagna with mushrooms and spinach for lunch was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Kateryna with the nickname kathycoooks. The dish should be eaten cold.

Ingredients:

  • lasagna sheets - 4-6 pcs.
  • mushrooms - 250 g
  • fresh spinach - 100 g
  • sun-dried tomatoes - 6-7 pcs.
  • mozzarella cheese - 200 g

Ingredients for the sauce:

  • onion - 1 pc.
  • garlic
  • cream 33% - 300 ml.
  • Parmesan cheese - 40 g
  • salt, spices - to taste
  • butter - 40 g

Method of preparation:

1. Cut mushrooms into slices and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.

2. Cut sun-dried tomatoes into small pieces.

3. Grate mozzarella cheese on a fine grater.

4. Soak lasagna sheets in boiled water for 3-4 minutes.

5. For the sauce, finely chop onion, squeeze garlic and add a piece of butter.

6. Fry for 2-3 minutes.

7. Pour in fat cream and add Parmesan cheese.

8. Mix well and cook the sauce until it thickens.

9. Form lasagna. Add one sheet, then sauce and then spinach and tomatoes. Top with more sheets, sauce, spinach and tomatoes.

10. Then add fried mushrooms and a little mozzarella cheese.

11. Add another sheet, sauce and lots of cheese. Garnish with mushrooms on top.

12. Cover the dish with foil and put it in a preheated oven to 190 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Then remove the foil and leave it in the oven until a golden crust appears.

13. Lasagna should cool for 10-15 minutes and then you can eat it.
