Baked Rigatoni a la Bolognese: a culinary masterpiece with two types of sauce

Rigatoni pasta is known and loved all over the world because it has a unique shape that allows you to prepare a huge number of delicious dishes that are also extremely beautiful.

Food blogger Olha Ryabenko also decided to make baked Rigatoni. On her Instagram, she posted a recipe for pasta with the addition of two types of sauces, making it look very similar to bolognese pasta.

Ingredients

  • Boiled for 4 minutes Rigatoni pasta - 500 g
  • Mozzarella - 250 gr

Ingredients for the bechamel sauce

  • Milk - 500 ml
  • Butter - 50 gr
  • Flour - 50 gr
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Nutmeg

Ingredients for the meat sauce

  • Minced beef - 500 g
  • Onion - 1 pc
  • Tomato sauce - 500 g
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Dried basil

The way of preparation

1.First, prepare the bechamel sauce. Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the flour. Stir constantly and keep on the fire for 1 minute.

2. Pour in the milk and stir until the sauce thickens.

3. Add salt, pepper and nutmeg.

4. Now it's time to make the meat sauce. Dice the onion and fry for 3 minutes.

5. Add the minced meat and fry for another 7 minutes.

6. Pour in the tomato sauce, add salt, pepper and basil. Cook for 10 minutes.

7. Grate the mozzarella.

8. Grease a split mold with oil and put the pasta in it.

9. Pour the meat sauce over the pasta and add the bechamel on top.

10. Sprinkle with cheese and put in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 35 minutes.
