Baked potatoes are a delicious and affordable dish for all occasions. You can bake them with bacon, meat, vegetables, cheese, or just spices. But for it to have the perfect structure, it's not enough to just put it in the oven.
Food blogger Okeksiy Kriuchkov (kruchkov.food) shared a recipe for baked potatoes on his Instagram page.
According to the recipe, it is advisable to boil the potatoes before baking. This way, the potatoes will not fall apart and stick together during the baking process, but will have a perfect shape. The same applies to the structure: the potatoes will be soft on the inside and have a golden, crispy crust on the outside.
Ingredients:
- potatoes
- spices (herbs, paprika, salt, pepper)
- olive oil
- garlic
Method of preparation:
1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into medium-sized pieces. Put in a saucepan.
2. Pour boiling water over the potatoes and put on the fire. Cook for 10 minutes.
3. Drain the water from the cooked potatoes, and add chopped garlic, spices, and olive oil. Stir to combine.
4. Put the potatoes on a baking sheet covered with parchment. Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
