Why add sugar to an omelette: an unexpected cooking idea

To make an omelette fluffy and have a delicate texture, it is prepared in completely different ways: experimenting with adding milk, kefir, sour cream, and water. Various kneading techniques are also used. But the best way is to beat eggs for the dish together with sugar.
The idea of making an omelette with sugar was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Natalia (mrs.natalischka).
Ingredients:
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- butter - 10 g
- sugar - 1 tsp.
- salt - 1/3 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Separate the whites from the yolks.
2. Add sugar to the whites and beat with a mixer in a dense foam, until peaks.
3. Add salt to the yolks and mix thoroughly, add the yolks to the whites and mix gently.
4. Preheat a frying pan over low heat and add butter, put the prepared egg mixture in the pan and gently spread it over the entire pan.
5. Cover the frying pan and fry for 4 minutes over low heat. Open the lid, make sure that the omelette is fried on one side by lifting its edge, carefully fold the omelette in half and fry for another 1-2 minutes.
6. Serve the omelette hot with fresh salad and vegetables.
