Ingredients for 2 pita breads
- Pita bread - 2 pieces
- Canned tuna - 1 b
- Ricotta cheese - 4 tbsp
- Boiled eggs - 2 pcs
- Dill - 2-3 sprigs
- Mixed salad - 2 handfuls
- Chinese cabbage - 2 handfuls
- Tomato - 1 pc
The way of cooking
1. Mix ricotta, tuna, dill and chopped eggs in a deep bowl. Mix well.
2. Put the resulting mass on the pita bread.
3. Top with the salad mixture, Chinese cabbage and chopped tomatoes.
4. Tightly wrap the pita bread.
5. Fry it in a frying pan over high heat until the pita bread is toasted.
