What to marinate lard in to make it delicious: two simple methods

In addition to sausage and baked meat, pickled lard is a great appetizer for a festive table. You only need to use a few spices to make it spicy and flavorful. One of the methods allows you to eat it in three days, and the other - immediately.
The idea of cooking spicy pickled lard was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Yulia with the nickname juli_co.ok. You can simply slice the ready-made lard and put it on a plate.
Method of marinating lard:
1. Cut lard into small pieces.
2. Add 1 head of garlic, peppercorns, bay leaf, and coriander.
3. For the marinade, add 8 tbsp of salt to 1 liter of boiling water. For 0.5 liters of water, you will need 4 tbsp.
4. Pour boiling water over the lard (dissolve the salt).
5. Let it cool down.
6. Put in the refrigerator for 3 days.
7. Take out and roll in spices.
You can also do the second option:
1. Crush 2-3 cloves of garlic, and add black pepper and coriander.
2. Add paprika and pepper.
3. Serve immediately and store in the freezer.
