Ingredients:
- milk - 1 liter
- cottage cheese - 650 g
- eggs - 1 pc.
- butter - 50 g
- salt - to taste
- soda - 1/2 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Add cottage cheese to the milk.
2. Put on low heat and heat.
3. When the whey has settled, strain the mass through a sieve and return to the pan.
4. Let cool slightly and add salt and baking soda.
5. Mix as much as possible and add the egg.
6. Stir and put on low heat.
7. When the mass becomes homogeneous, add the butter and bring it to homogeneity over the fire.
