A food blogger with the nickname cook_julija_simonchuk shared it on Instagram. She also told us how to prepare the dish so that at first glance everyone would think it was sushi.
Ingredients for 10-12 pancakes
- Spinach - 55 gr
- Milk - 125 ml
- Water - 125 gr
- Egg - 1 pc
- Flour - 125 g
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Salt - a pinch
Ingredients for the filling
- Cream cheese - 300-400 gr
- Caviar - 175 g
Method of preparation
1. Add water and milk to the spinach. Beat with a blender until smooth.
2. Add the sifted flour, egg, oil and salt. Beat again with a blender.
3. Fry the pancakes on both sides until cooked.
4. Spread the pancake with cheese and wrap it in a roll.
5. Spread another pancake with cheese and wrap the previous one in it.
6. Cut off the edges and discard them.
7. Cut the pancakes into portions and spread the caviar on top.
