If you want to cook juicy and tasty pork, chefs advise frying it well first, then putting it in a mold or pan and stewing it with onions, which will not only add a rich flavor but most importantly, the juice will soften the muscle fibers.

The cook shared a recipe on Instagram for a delicious and juicy stew made with onions.

Ingredients:

  • Meat - 1 kg
  • Onions - 1 kg
  • Salt, black pepper - to taste
  • Bay leaf - 2 pcs.
  • Sweet peas - 4 pcs.

Method of preparation:

1. Cut and fry the meat over high heat until soft.

2. Cut the onion into rings and fry in a separate pan.

3. Put the meat in layers alternating with the fried onions. Add spices, salt, bay leaf, and simmer under the lid.
