Cutlets can be made from any meat, even legumes and vegetables. To make meat patties juicy and soft, cooks advise adding fresh vegetables and hard cheese.
Cook Polina shared a recipe for delicious minced chicken cutlets with butter, carrots, and hard cheese on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- 600 g of minced chicken fillet
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 20 g of soft butter
- 60 g of hard cheese
- 2 tbsp of breadcrumbs
- salt and pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Chop the garlic, onion, and carrot in a blender or grate.
2. Put the vegetables into the minced meat and add the remaining ingredients. The butter should be soft and the cheese should be grated. Mix everything well until smooth.
3. Pour oil into a frying pan and heat well. With wet hands, form small patties and fry over low heat until golden brown on both sides.
