What marinade to use for grilled vegetables: a delicious idea for a barbecue
It is in the spring when the sun comes out, you want light and flavorful food cooked outdoors. And it doesn't have to be meat. You can choose seasonal vegetables, which are plentiful now, and grill them. They will retain their benefits and go well with other foods.

You can combine the following vegetables:
- zucchini
- eggplant
- onion
- pepper
- tomatoes
- mushrooms
- corn
Ingredients for the marinade:
- olive oil – 100 ml
- soy sauce – 2-3 tbsp

- lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- salt, pepper, dried garlic (optional)
- garlic – 2 cloves
- rosemary – 1 sprig
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the vegetables into rings up to 1-1.5 cm wide. All pieces should be the same size.
2. Mix all the ingredients: olive oil, salt, pepper, soy sauce, lemon juice, dried garlic, chopped garlic, rosemary, and pour it over the vegetables.
3. Stir and leave to marinate for 10-15 minutes – no longer.
4. Fry according to any chosen method.
5. Put the vegetables on the pita bread. You can lightly pour the remaining marinade over them.
7. Eat with your favorite sauce.
