Ingredients:

  • 800 g flour
  • 200 ml of warm water
  • 200 ml of warm milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 10 g of dry yeast
  • 2 tbsp of oil
  • 65 g of sugar
  • a pinch of salt
  • 300 g butter (for greasing the dough)

  • 300 g nutella, or jam

1. Pour flour and eggs into the mixer bowl, add warm milk and water.

2. Add salt, sugar, eggs, yeast, and oil.

3. Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes. If kneading by hand, combine the flour and yeast.

4. Combine the remaining ingredients separately, then add the flour in two or three stages and knead the dough.

5. Knead for 10 minutes. Leave to rise for 1.5 hours, then divide into 10 parts.

6. Roll out each part thinly, 1-2 mm.

7. Generously grease each loaf with oil, cover with a new loaf, and continue until the dough is finished, sprinkle the top and bottom of the loaf generously with flour, roll it out, and divide it into 16 triangles.

8. Make a 2 cm cut on the top of each triangle, put 1 tsp of filling, and wrap in a bagel.

9. Leave to rise for 30 minutes, bake at 190 degrees for 25 minutes.
