Fritters are a great option for a nutritious snack for children. This dish can be made both healthy and really tasty. You need to choose delicious seasonal fruits and the right base for a fluffy texture.

The idea of making healthy fruit pancakes for children was published on the Instagram page of food blogger KarinaSolodka (karina_solodka). To make the products fluffy, make a dough based on kefir.

Ingredients:

  • chicken egg - 1 pc
  • kefir - 100 ml
  • wheat flour - 100 g
  • mashed potatoes (pumpkin-apple-quince) - 180 g
  • cinnamon - to taste
  • oil for frying

Method of preparation:

1. Pour the kefir into a bowl.

2. Add the egg.

3. Stir.

4. Add the remaining components.

5. Stir again.

6. Fry on both sides over low heat with a little oil.
