Red caviar and cream cheese
Ingredients

- Bread
- Cream cheese
- Red caviar
- Dill

Method of preparation.
1.Using a glass or any other object, cut out circles from the bread and grease the edge with butter.
2. Finely chop the dill and roll the edge of the bread in the butter.
3. Also grease one side of the circle with butter and spread the cream cheese on it with a pastry bag.
4. Put a spoonful of red caviar in the middle of the sandwich.
Red fish with cucumber
Ingredients
- Bread
- Cream cheese
- Red lightly salted fish
- Olive
- Cucumber
- Dill
1.Using a glass or other object, cut out circles of bread and spread the cream cheese on the edge.
2. Finely chop the dill and roll the edge of the bread in the butter.
3. Spread the cream cheese on top.
4. Cut the red fish into slices and put 2 pieces on each sandwich.
5. Cut the cucumbers into slices and blot each one with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
