Thin pancakes with mineral water: can be eaten in fasting

If you are fasting, you should avoid classic thin pancakes for this period because they contain milk and eggs. But you can replace these ingredients with regular sparkling water.
The idea of making thin pancakes with sparkling water was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Iryna lisa_iryna. The dough is perfectly fried and does not tear.
Ingredients:
- flour - 100 g
- highly carbonated water - 300 ml
- spoons of vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
- sugar - to taste
- salt - to taste
- vanillin
Method of preparation:
1. Mix the sifted flour with sugar and salt.
2. Pour highly carbonated water into the flour.
3. Then add the oil.
4. Mix well. The dough should have the consistency of liquid sour cream.
5. Pour a portion of the batter into the pan, spreading it over the entire surface.
6. Fry the pancakes on both sides for 2 minutes. Ready-made lean pancakes will not brown as well as those made from regular dough with milk and eggs, but this does not make them less delicious.
