Chicken strips are a very versatile dish. It can serve as both a snack and a full meal if eaten, for example, with a salad.
A food blogger with the nickname ya.na.cooking suggested making chicken strips at home on her Instagram. As a result, they will turn out to be much tastier than in a well-known fast food chain.
Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet – 1 pc
- Flour – 80 gr
- Paprika
Ingredients for the batter:
- Flour – 60 g
- Egg – 1 pc
- Water – 60 ml
- Paprika
- Salt
- Pepper
The way of preparation:
1. Cut the fillet lengthwise, and then into pieces that will be convenient.
2. Mix all the ingredients for the batter and put the fillet in it.
3. Dredge the chicken pieces in flour and paprika.
4. Fry in a preheated frying pan with plenty of oil until golden brown.
5. Place the strips on a paper towel, but not on top of each other, to keep them crispy.
6. Serve with the sauce.
