Ingredients:
- baking powder - 5 g
- powdered sugar - 30 g
- flour - 200 g
- butter at room temperature - 120 g
- egg - 1 pc
- salt - a pinch
- vanilla paste/cinnamon
Method of preparation:
1. Beat soft butter with salt and powder until smooth and fluffy.
2. Add egg and vanilla paste while continuing to beat.
3. Pour in the dry ingredients and knead the dough.
Tip: after kneading the dough, it is best to proceed to cooking without leaving it to rest. If the kitchen is hot enough, you can put the dough in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
The easiest thing to make with this shortcrust pastry is cookies. To do this, you need:
1. Roll out the finished dough, cut out cookies of the desired shape and place on a baking sheet.
2. Bake at 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
