Ingredients
- warm milk - 0.5 liters
- fresh yeast - 50 g
- eggs - 2 pcs
- sugar - 130 gr
- butter - 120 gr
- vodka - 1 tbsp.
- vanilla sugar - 1 tsp.
- flour - 700 g
Method of preparation.
1. Mix yeast with sugar and leave for a few minutes.
2. Gradually add all the other ingredients and mix thoroughly with a whisk.
3. The amount of flour should be controlled. The dough should be soft.
4. Cover the dough with a towel and put it in a warm place.
5. When the dough has significantly increased in volume, divide it into several parts.
6. Roll out a piece of dough into a circle and cut it into 8 pieces.
7. Add the filling and form buns or bagels.
8. Put the product on a baking sheet, cover with a towel and wait for the volume to increase.
9. Grease the buns with egg yolk and put them in an oven preheated to 170 degrees.
