Homemade kebabs can be made from pork, chicken, lamb, veal, or beef. However, the most important thing is the marinade, which gives the meat a special flavor: spicy or sweet.
One of the cooking blogs (viktoria__cooking) published three successful recipes for marinade for homemade chicken kebabs on Instagram.
Ingredients for kebabs:
- chicken fillet - 600 g
- dry garlic - 1 tsp.
- sweet paprika - 1\2 tsp.
- salt, pepper
Ingredients for the first marinade:
- mustard - 1 tsp.
- honey - 1 tsp.
Ingredients for the second marinade:
- sour cream - 1 tsp.
- tomato paste - 1 tsp.
Ingredients for the third marinade:
- soy sauce - 2 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Pre-soak skewers in water.
2. Cut chicken fillet into pieces, season with salt and pepper and add dried garlic and sweet paprika. Stir and divide the meat into three parts of 200 grams.
3. Add mustard and honey to the first part. Mix well.
4. Add sour cream and tomato paste to the second one. Mix well.
5. Add soy sauce to the third. Stir well. Leave the meat to marinate for 30 minutes.
6. Skewer kebabs, put on parchment and brush with oil.
7. Bake at 200 degrees for 25 minutes.
