How to make a delicious mini pizza


  • flour - 450 g (may take a little more or less)
  • fast-acting yeast - 5-7 g
  • warm water - 200 ml
  • butter at room temperature - 50 g
  • warm milk - 100 ml
  • sugar - 1.5 tsp
  • salt - 0.5 tsp
  • tomato sauce or ketchup
  • boiled sausage
  • Sulguni, mozzarella or any other cheese
  • pickled cucumbers
  • vegetable oil 10-15 g

Method of preparation:


1. Combine water, milk, sugar, and yeast in a bowl.

2. Stir and leave under the film for 5 minutes.

3. Add butter.

5. Put the dough on a greased table.

6. Cover with plastic film and put in a warm place for 30 minutes.

7. Remove, knead again, roll into a ball and leave in a warm place for another 20 minutes.

8. Stretch it with your hands.

9. Divide the dough into 8-10 pieces. Form balls.

10. Roll out by hand and place immediately on a baking sheet. It can be sprinkled with flour.

13. Put it in the oven preheated to 180-190 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
