It's no secret that homemade noodles are much tastier than store-bought ones. However, not everyone is willing to cook them, because there is a risk that the noodles will boil over.
To avoid this, you need to cook homemade noodles according to the recipe of food blogger Inna Kliuchnyk. She shared a detailed recipe on her Instagram.
Ingredients
- eggs - 4 pcs
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 50 gr
- oil - 50 gr
- flour - 500 gr
The method of preparation
1. Beat eggs with salt.
2. Add sifted flour, oil and water. Knead the dough. The best way to do this is to use a food processor. Wrap the dough in cling film and let it rest for 15 minutes.
3. Divide the dough into 2 parts. Roll each of them into a circle, sprinkling with flour. Leave it for 15 minutes.
4. When the dough is slightly dry, roll it.
5. Cut noodles and put on the table to dry a little.
6. Cook the noodles in salted water for 1-2 minutes after boiling.
