Oven cheesecake is a quick and quite tasty alternative to conventional pan-fried cheesecakes. Additionally, such a fermented milk product is very convenient because you get breakfast, dessert, and an addition to the festive table all at once, if necessary.

Ingredients:

  • 500 g of cottage cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 3.5 tbsp of semolina
  • 2.5 tbsp of sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 8 g (1 sachet) of vanilla sugar
  • a pinch of salt
  • a drop of oil to grease the mold.

Method of preparation:

1. The dough can be whipped with a mixer, or you can combine all the ingredients and whip with a blender. In the first case, the cheesecake will be looser and more elastic, like a cupcake, and in the second case, it will be wetter and denser.

2. Beat eggs with sugar for 4-5 minutes. Add the cottage cheese, vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt, baking powder, semolina - beat until smooth for a few more minutes.

The dough can be whipped with a mixer.

3. Lubricate the mold with a drop of oil (if it is silicone; for any other mold, it is better to cover it with parchment and grease the parchment with a drop of oil).

Put the dough evenly into the mold.

4. Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for 30 minutes, increase the temperature to 180 and bake for another 20 minutes. The cheesecake should be golden brown.

Ready cheesecake.

5. Cool completely and remove from the mold.
