Lunch should be hearty and quite nutritious. Therefore, Finnish soup is ideal for this occasion. Its main ingredient is red fish. This product contains many substances that the body needs.
The idea of preparing a nutritious Finnish soup for lunch was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Valeria Veligura (yummy.lera). The dish has a pleasant creamy flavor.
Ingredients:
- 4 medium potatoes
- 200 g of salmon
- 1 pack of vegetable dressing
- 200 ml of cream 10%
- 50 g of cream cheese
- dill
Method of preparation:
1. Add the chopped potatoes to boiling salted water.
2. Cook until almost tender, about 10 minutes.
3. Add the chopped salmon, vegetable dressing and cook on medium for 5 minutes.
4. Add the cream, bring to a boil and turn off the heat.
5. Add cream cheese, dill and mix again.
6. Let it brew under the lid for 15 minutes.
