On her Instagram page, food blogger Oksana with the nickname ksu_foodblogger shared a recipe for a spicy tomato paste sauce that you can prepare in just 5 minutes and combine with meat, steaks, and kebabs.

Recipe for tomato paste sauce for meat and barbecue

Ingredients:

  • tomato paste - 3 tbsp.
  • greens - a bunch
  • pepper - 1 tsp.
  • salt - 1 tsp.
  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • vegetable oil - 50 ml
  • water - 100 ml

Important: If desired, garlic can be added for a bright taste and aroma.

Method of preparation:

1. Put all the necessary ingredients in a blender bowl: tomato paste, your favorite herbs, salt, pepper, sugar, oil and water. Add garlic if desired.

2. Blend everything until smooth. It's ready!

Tomato paste sauce

In addition to tomato sauce, there is another versatile sauce, tartar, which is great not only for meat but also for fish. Food blogger Tetiana Riabokin (mama_na_kykhne) shared a recipe for tartar sauce with mayonnaise and sour cream and cucumber on her Instagram page.

  • pickled cucumber
  • mayonnaise
  • sour cream
  • garlic (optional)
  • mustard (optional)

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the cucumber and put it in a blender bowl.

2. Add sour cream and mayonnaise to the blender. Blend until smooth.

Universal tartar sauce

3. Optionally, add chopped herbs and mustard.
