Spicy soup with bell peppers: what to combine in a dish for a better taste

One of the best summer vegetables to use for soup is pepper. It has a natural spicy flavor, bright aroma and rich color. It goes well with meat.
The idea of cooking a spicy healthy soup with bell peppers was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Lilya (cooking_lilya).
Ingredients:
- pork - 500-700 g
- tomatoes - 4 pcs (you can take 2 larger ones)
- bell pepper - 1 pc
- carrots - 1 pc.
- onion - 1 pc.
- tomato paste - 60-80 g
- sunflower oil for frying
- potatoes - 500-800 g
- salt, pepper, paprika, seasoning, coriander to taste
- garlic - 2-4 cloves
- bay leaves - 3-4 pcs.
- water - 2-2.5 liters
Method of preparation:
1. In a deep saucepan (take the pan in which you will continue to cook) pour the oil and as soon as the oil is heated, lower the diced meat.
2. Fry the meat for 10-15 minutes.
3. When it is almost completely cooked, put the carrots, cut into rings, into the pan. 5 minutes after the carrots, add the chopped onion to the pan.
4. Stir the meat with the onions and carrots and fry for another 3-4 minutes.
5. Put the bell pepper in the pan (cut into cubes). Mix everything again and fry for another 5-8 minutes.
6. After 5-6 minutes, when the vegetables are almost ready, salt our future soup and add ground pepper and bay leaf. Add the tomato paste to the pot.
7. Add all the spices.
8. Pour boiling water over the meat just enough to cover the meat slightly, let it boil for 10 minutes.
9. After 10 minutes, add the chopped potatoes to the pot. Pour boiling water, mix everything and cook.
10. After 10 minutes, add the tomatoes (diced) and garlic (grated) to the pot. Cover the pot with a lid and let the soup simmer until the potatoes are ready. Our soup is ready.
