  • mackerel - 1 pc
  • a bunch of dill
  • 1 tbsp of oil
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 0.5 tsp of pepper
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 0.5 tsp. paprika

Method of preparation:

1. Clean the mackerel from the insides, ridge, head, tail and fins.

2. Cut the mackerel in half.

3. For the filling, combine dill, oil, salt, pepper and garlic.

4. Stir and spread the filling on one side of the fish fillet.

5. Cover with another piece of fillet.

6. Press down and wrap in cling film.

7. Put in the freezer for 40-50 minutes.

8. Take out, defrost for 5 minutes.
