Soup with melted cheese and mushrooms: how to cook a hearty dish for lunch

Cheese soup is a light and easy-to-prepare lunch dish based on processed cheese. The first course is also often supplemented with meat, mushrooms, sausages and even meatballs. The soup has a pleasant creamy texture and delicate flavor.
One of the culinary blogs(cook_with_me_at_home) on Instagram published a recipe for a hearty creamy soup with mushrooms and smoked chicken.
Ingredients:
- smoked chicken drumsticks - 3 pcs.
- mushrooms - 350 g
- potatoes - 6 pcs
- processed cheese - 2 pcs
- carrots - 1 pc
- onion - 1 pc
- butter - 4 tbsp
- spices: salt, pepper, curry, turmeric, suneli hops
Method of preparation:
1. Pour water over the smoked chicken and put it on the fire. Bring to a boil, skim off the foam that forms and cook for 20 minutes. After that, take out the meat, disassemble it into pieces and chop it.
2. Dice the potatoes and add to the broth along with the boiled chicken. Cook over medium heat.
3. Meanwhile, prepare the roast. Chop the onion and grate the carrots. Fry the onion first until transparent, then add the carrots and fry until soft for 2-3 minutes.
4. When the broth comes to a boil, remove the foam again and add the roast, chopped processed cheese and spices. Stir the soup from time to time.
4. Meanwhile, chop the mushrooms and fry until the moisture has completely evaporated and they are golden brown.
5. When the potatoes are done, add the mushrooms and cook for another 5 minutes.
6. Serve the soup with dill.
