Not everyone can make successful syrniki. The products often fall apart and burn to the pan. But there is one win-win technology that even novice cooks can handle.
The idea of making soft syrniki that don't fall apart inside was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Kateryna with the nickname kathycoooks. The products must first be fried on both sides, and then baked in the oven - it will turn out very tasty.
Ingredients:
- cottage cheese 0-5% - 360 g
- eggs - 1 pc.
- sugar - 3 tbsp
- flour - 2 tbsp.
- semolina - 2 tbsp
- vanilla - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Mix all the ingredients for the dough.
2. Form the syrniki.
3. Fry the syrniki on both sides until golden brown.
4. Put in a baking dish.
5. Put in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
6. Serve the finished syrniki with jam and sour cream.
7. Sprinkle with granola on top.
