Simple kefir pie that turns out very puffy
Quick pies are a great help when you need to feed the whole family. And you don't have to roll out the dough because it can be made with kefir. Just pour everything in the mold and bake.
The idea of making a hearty kefir pie was published on the Instagram page of fitness trainer Svitlana (shymanska.fit). To make the filling hearty, take tuna and boil eggs.
Ingredients for the batter:
- flour - 135 g (you can take rice)
- eggs - 3 pcs.
- kefir - 375 ml.
- baking powder - 1 tsp.
- salt and pepper - 1 tsp.
Ingredients for the filling:
- boiled eggs - 4 pcs.
- canned tuna in its own juice - 1 can
- green onions - to taste
- flax seeds for decoration
Method of preparation:
1. Mix eggs, kefir, flour, baking powder and salt until smooth.
2. The batter should not be thick.
3. Finely chop boiled eggs and mix with onion and tuna.
4. Grease a baking dish with butter and pour half of the batter.
5. Next, add the filling and cover with the remaining batter.
6. Sprinkle with flax seeds and put in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
