Simple fluffy pancakes: the most successful batter

Pancakes are delicious with jam, condensed milk or honey. They are just right for tea. To make the products fluffy and tall, they should be cooked with kefir and soda.
The idea of making fluffy pancakes with kefir was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Yulia Symonchuk (cook_julija_simonchuk). When the batter with all the ingredients is homogeneous, you can fry them.
Ingredients:
- kefir 2.5% - 500 ml.
- eggs - 1 pc.
- sugar - 0.5 tbsp.
- salt - 1/3 tsp.
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp.
- flour - 350 g.
Method of preparation:
1. Add egg, sugar and salt to the room temperature kefir.
2. Stir until smooth.
3. Sift flour and baking soda.
4. Mix well until smooth.
5. Cover with a towel and set aside for 20-30 minutes.
6. Heat some oil in a frying pan over low to medium heat (this is the heat we will use). There should be enough oil in the frying pan.
7. Fry the pancakes, carefully scooping them without stirring the batter.
8. Fry on both sides and place on a paper towel to remove excess oil. Do not cover with a lid.
9. Serve with jam or honey.
