  • 2 kg of pork neck
  • 3 large onions
  • 1 l ayran
  • salt - to taste

Method of preparation:

 

1. Cut the meat into large enough pieces.

2. cut the onion into half rings and mash them well with your hands.

 

3. Stir together with the meat.

4. Add the ayran.

 

5. Massage well again with your hands, to combine all the flavors.

6. Leave to marinate for 24 hours.

7. Put the meat on the grill without the onions.

 

8. Add salt and pepper when the meat is already crispy and golden.
