Scandinavian bread without yeast and sourdough: not only extremely tasty, but also healthy

Scandinavian bread has long been loved by all Ukrainians for its originality, unusual taste and extraordinary flavor.
It's also quite easy to prepare and can serve as a snack. Food blogger Olga Ryabenko shared a recipe for making Scandinavian bread without yeast or sourdough. On Instagram, she explained what ingredients are needed.
Ingredients:
- Pumpkin seeds – 100 gr
- Mixed seeds – 100 gr
- Chia – 80 gr
- Nut and fruit mix – 100 g
- Oatmeal – 70 g
- Psyllium (or flour) – 40 g
- Oil – 340 ml
- Water – 340 ml
- Oil – 30 ml
- Honey – 1 tbsp
- Salt – 1 tsp.
Method of preparation
1. Pour all dry ingredients into a bowl. Pour in water, and oil and mix well.
2. Grease a bread pan with vegetable oil. If you have a regular mold, cover it with parchment.
3. Put the mixture into the mold, pressing it well. Cover with cling film and leave for 30 minutes.
4. Bake at 180° for 35 minutes. Then remove the bread from the pan and place it back in the oven on the rack. Bake for another 1 hour.
