Safe homemade marshmallows from three ingredients: easy recipe

Marshmallows are a flavorful, airy, delicate dessert. It is very easy to make at home. The main thing is that marshmallows are completely natural and safe.
Food blogger Yulia Vilich with the nickname julia_vilich_food_blog shared a recipe for homemade marshmallows with currant puree on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- currant puree - 140 g
- gelatin - 14 g
- water - 60 ml
- sugar - 230 g
Method of preparation:
1. First you need to prepare the form. It is better to take a small size. Grease the mold with odorless vegetable oil and cover it with cling film. Then grease the cling film with oil as well.
2. Soak gelatin in water.
3. Pour sugar into a saucepan and add mashed potatoes. Put on medium heat and bring to a boil. Then immediately remove from heat and pour into a deep container.
4. Immediately add gelatin to the mass. Stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved and the mass remains hot.
5. After that, immediately whisk the mass until a lush foam forms. It should become light and thick.
6. Put the resulting mass into a mold. Cover with cling film in contact. Put in the refrigerator for 6 hours.
7. Then remove the film and place the dessert on a surface sprinkled with cornstarch and powdered sugar (1:1 ratio). Cut into cubes.
