Rich and nutritious redfish soup for lunch: how to prepare

Instead of chicken or pork, you can choose redfish for the soup. The dish is quite light and very nutritious, so it's perfect for lunch. To make the broth clear, you need to prepare the vegetables properly.
The idea of making a rich redfish soup was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Natalia with the nickname talli_sun. Fry the vegetables for the broth in a pan.
Ingredients:
- redfish (spines and fillets)
- potatoes
- onion
- carrot
- bay leaves
- allspice peas
- salt
- parsley
Method of preparation:
1. Put fish spines in a saucepan.
2. Add onions and carrots fried in a dry pan and a few peas of allspice.
3. Pour water and put on the fire.
4. Cook for 30-35 minutes on low heat until the fish is well cooked and the broth is clear, carefully skimming the foam all the time.
5. Strain the broth.
6. Pour it back into the saucepan and put it on low heat.
7. Add diced potatoes, thinly sliced carrots and cook for 10 minutes until the potatoes are half cooked.
8. Add medium diced fish fillet and cook for another 10 minutes until the potatoes are fully cooked.
9. Add salt and bay leaf 5 minutes before the end of cooking.
10. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
