Quick pita tubes: how to make a juicy filling

Pita bread is an ideal base for preparing quick and satisfying meals. It is suitable for a wide variety of vegetable or meat fillings. It is very tasty and simple with minced meat.
The idea of making juicy pita bread tubes was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Svitlana with the nickname recepti_svitlana21. Sprinkle the dish with plenty of cheese on top.
Ingredients:
- 3-4 pieces of rectangular pita bread
- 200 g of hard cheese
- 400 g of minced meat
- 100-150 g of canned corn
- half of one bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 200-250 g of water
- 4-5 tbsp of ketchup
- salt
- paprika and black pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Fry the minced meat in a little oil until tender (8-10 minutes).
2. Add finely chopped onion and diced pepper.
3. Cook for another 2 minutes.
4. Next, add the corn and spices. Then add 2 tbsp of ketchup.
5. Stir, cook for another 1 minute on the fire and turn off.
6. Cut the pita bread in half (to make 2 equal pieces out of one).
7. Cut the rest of the cheese into strips.
8. Put a little filling on the pita bread and put the sliced cheese.
9. Roll it into a tube and put it into a rectangular shape. Fill the entire mold.
10. Stir the rest of the ketchup in water and pour it into the tubes.
11. Sprinkle the remaining grated cheese on top and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
