Pumpkin dessert in a glass that doesn't need to be baked: what to make

If you don't have time to bake a variety of cakes for your guests, make this dessert in a glass. It's based on delicate pumpkin puree and ordinary cookies. You just need to put the ingredients in glasses.

The idea of making a no-bake pumpkin dessert in a glass was published on the Instagram page of nutritionist Daria with the nickname dorinellla. Spices add a special spicy flavor.

Ingredients:

• pumpkin - 1 pc.
• cottage cheese - 400 g
• biscuits - 400 g
• butter - 50 g
• sour cream for decoration
• spices; cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla sugar, ground ginger
• coconut sugar (optional or you can take any)

Method of preparation:

1. Mash the baked pumpkin.

2. Crush the biscuits.

3. Add the melted butter.

4. Add cottage cheese, spices and sugar to the pumpkin puree.

5. Put everything in glasses - cookies, pumpkin mass, biscuits, sour cream, a little cinnamon.

6. Place in the refrigerator.
