Puffy no-flour casserole with broccoli
Vegetables retain their vitamins best when they are raw or baked. In summer, there are plenty of such products, so you can make healthy casseroles. Broccoli, which has a very specific taste when raw, is perfect for this. You don't even need flour for this dish.
The idea of cooking a hearty broccoli casserole was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Yulia (zefirok_for_you).
Ingredients:
- broccoli - 500 g (you can also add cauliflower)
- sour cream - 250 g
- eggs - 4 pcs.
- hard cheese - 150 g
- milk - 200 ml
- salt, pepper, breadcrumbs
Method of preparation:
1. Cook broccoli for 10 minutes in salted water.
2. Drain the water.
3. Mix sour cream, eggs, milk and grated cheese. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
4. Grease a baking dish with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
5. Put the broccoli.
6. Pour the mixture over and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
7. Bake in a preheated oven to 190 degrees for 30 minutes.
