The most delicious bread has always been homemade. It's flavorful, soft, crispy, and definitely of high quality. But it takes a lot of time to bake it at home. Therefore, it is worth using a simple option that does not even require an oven.

Technology for making homemade bread in a skillet


  • flour - 500 g
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • yeast - 1 tsp (you can use a little more)
  • kefir - 150 g (room temperature)
  • warm water - 150-180 g
  • vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
Knead the dough

Method of preparation:

1. Prepare the dough: first combine the dry ingredients.

2. Pour in the kefir and water.

3. Mix everything, add oil and knead the mass with your hands. The dough should be very soft and even stick to your hands at first, so the amount of water may vary slightly, depending on the quality of the flour and the consistency of the kefir.

4. Set aside in a warm place.

5. Then crush it well with your hands and leave it for a while.

6. Transfer to a frying pan.

7. Bake for an hour on low heat under the lid without lifting it.

8. Turn over and cook for another 20 minutes.

9. To make the bread softer, you can wrap it in a towel.
