Food blogger Elena Sagun(olena_sagun) on her Instagram page shared a recipe for potato casserole with minced meat.
Ingredients:
- potatoes - 500-600 g
- stuffing - 300 g
- carrot - 1 pc
- onions - 1 pc
- eggs - 1 pc
- salt, pepper, spices
Method of cooking:
Peel potatoes and boil them in salted water.
Meanwhile, prepare the filling. For this, you need to chop the onion and fry it until golden.
Grate carrots and add to onions. Fry for a few minutes.
4. Next you need to add minced meat to the vegetables and stir vigorously so that there are no lumps. Fry on low heat until the meat is ready. Salt and pepper it.
5. Mashed potato-ready potatoes, allow to cool a little, and add egg, salt, and pepper. Stir to mix.
6. Grease the casserole dish. Place half of the potatoes, then the stuffing, and the rest of the potatoes on top. Spoon to smooth out the rest of the potatoes.
7. Bake at 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
