Pizza like in a restaurant: how to make a perfect dough

In restaurants, pizza always seems to taste better than homemade. The dough is crispy and thin. The toppings are juicy. But if you use the right technology, you can make a dish even better than in restaurants.
The idea of making homemade pizza like in a restaurant was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Oleksandr Ohorodnik o_gorodnik. Instead of ketchup, it will be much tastier to make tomato sauce.
Ingredients for the dough:
- warm water water (no higher than 40 degrees) – 250 g
- olive oil – 50 g
- yeast – 5 g
- sugar – 1 tsp
- salt – 1 tsp.
- flour – 400 g.
Method of preparation:
1. Knead the dough, cover with plastic wrap, and put in a warm place for 30 minutes.
2. After 30 minutes, fold the dough on 4 sides to make it even more airy (you can do it 2 times with an interval of 20 minutes).
3. Cover with foil and put in a warm place for an hour. The dough will double in size.
4. Divide the dough into 2 parts and form balls.
5. Cover again and let rest for 20-30 minutes.
6. Roll out the dough, brush with the sauce, sprinkle with cheese, and sausage, and place on parchment and a preheated baking sheet.
7. Bake for 8-10 minutes on convection mode.
8. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and drizzle with olive oil.
Ingredients for the sauce:
- canned tomatoes in their juice – 250 g
- salt – 1/2 tsp
- sugar – 1 tsp
- garlic (grated) –1 clove
- dry oregano – 1 tsp.
Mix everything together and cook for 5 minutes to make the sauce a little thicker.
