The idea of making the perfect soft dough for pies was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Yulia with the nickname yulia_smachno_tyt. After kneading, the dough should be dipped in water and wait until it swells.
Ingredients:
- milk - 250 ml
- butter - 50 g
- eggs - 2 pcs
- sugar - 100 g
- yeast - 20 g (pressed)
- salt - a pinch
- flour - 600-700 g
- vegetable oil - 50 ml
- vanilla sugar - 10 g
Method of preparation:
1. Dissolve the yeast in warm milk.
2. Add melted butter, sugar, eggs, oil, salt, vanilla sugar.
3. Mix thoroughly.
4. Gradually add flour and knead the dough.
5. Put the dough in a bag greased with oil inside.
6. Tie well, but leave room for the dough to rise in the bag.
7. Put the bag with the dough in water at room temperature for about an hour. When the bag pops up, the dough is ready.
