The idea of making pancakes that always turn out fluffy was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Galina with the nickname reeixit. The secret is that all ingredients must be at room temperature. The dough will be homogeneous, tender and lump-free. And most importantly, it will rise.
Ingredients:
- 400 ml of 2.5% yogurt
- 1 egg
- 0.5 tsp of salt
- 1 tbsp. l sugar
- flour - 350 g
- soda - 0.5 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Mix the kefir with the egg.
2. Add flour and baking soda.
3. Mix the dough and leave it for 10 minutes.
4. After that, do not mix anymore.
5. Carefully spoon the dough into a preheated frying pan and place it on the preheated pan.
6. Fry under the lid on both sides over medium heat.
